the U.S. The team has systematically developed and refined their unique and disciplined approach to investing across
multiple asset classes, and geographies. Through their current platform and its predecessor entities, the team has
acquired over 100 investments totaling in excess of ~$12 billion of gross cost since inception. Our client is growing and
constantly evolving to ensure they remain well positioned to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional performance
to their partners.

Position Overview:
The Associate, Portfolio Management will work directly with the Vice President(s) of Portfolio Management, senior
executives, and finance team, on issues of key importance to the firm. Product lines include opportunistic equity, openended
core plus, real estate debt and opportunity zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio management of various private, direct investing real estate vehicles. Our clients’ current vehicles include: commingled opportunistic funds, co-investment vehicles, opportunity zone funds, a debt focused separately managed account and open-ended yield fund.
  • Interact with senior investment professionals; collaborate with the acquisition, asset management, finance and outside partners.
  • Assist in managing, updating and creating fund models and reporting.
  • Produce frequent fund impact analysis factoring asset acquisitions, dispositions and upside/downside scenarios.
  • Compile quarterly internal management materials, review business plans and asset management models and coordinate internal team-follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and create materials/analysis for valuation committee meetings.
  • Create external investor portfolio review and risk presentations.
  • Support investor requests by providing timely information and reports.
  • Help support responses to RFPs and due diligence questionnaires from prospective clients and consultants.
  • Create/review quarterly investor reporting and other ad-hoc correspondence.
  • Track and actively monitor vehicle/investment equity commitments and capital needs.
  • Maintain both internal and external facing investment summaries.
  • Contribute to the team’s data infrastructure improvement efforts through onboarding of external systems and the expansion, maintenance and enhancement of in-place, proprietary tools.
  • Manage administration of investor/client relationship management system.
  • Assist with firm’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policy initiatives including joint-venture partner surveys and data management.
  • Work with third-party research providers to incorporate market research into presentations, strategy pieces and private placement memorandums.
  • Help drive technological advancement and adoption.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 2-5 years of experience in finance roles with portfolio management, real estate and/or private equity exposure a plus.
  • Candidates MUST have excellent analytical skills, be highly proficient in Excel modeling.
  • Must have excellent analytical, organizational and writing skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, critical thinker, enthusiastic and inquisitive.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint.
