Real Estate Associate

Job Description

EB5investors, a leading company in real estate development through investment immigration is looking to hire a highly motivated individual seeking a dynamic work environment.  The ideal candidate would have 2-5 years of professional work experience in a real estate investment banking, brokerage, or private equity environment. 

Position Summary: 

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, financial modeling of new and existing investments, comprehensive underwriting and due diligence on potential investment opportunities on all property types, managing the closing process on new investments, market analysis, preparation of reports for capital partners, and general asset management of existing and future investments.  
  

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage underwriting and closing of new acquisitions  
• Manage the performance of owned assets, managing the quarterly reports

• Review and analyze the operating performance of owned assets 
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports and assist in budget review processes for each owned asset 
• Assemble and review economic, demographic, and other market information for each asset area 
• Compile sale and lease comparables and monitor the performance of competitive properties 

 Skills & Competencies:           

• BS/BA required 
• Minimum 3 years of work experience (Real Estate, Finance)
• Significant experience with Excel / financial modeling 
• Experience with Argus           
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Willingness to work longer hours in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment 
• Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented 
• An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
