The Center for Real Estate, located in the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, is part of the 23-campus California State University system's Center for Real Estate (CRE), an applied research and professional education. The Cal State Fullerton (CSUF) branch of the institute was established in 1996.

Program Highlights

The Program in Real Estate at CSUF is designed for students who are principally interested in careers in the real estate industry. It provides the student with both general and specialized real estate knowledge that is applicable to professional areas such as real estate finance and investment, brokerage, market analysis, and appraisal as well as being pertinent to the acquisition, development, management, and disposition of real property. The program provides the analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to make decisions about real estate assets under conditions of risk and uncertainty. The student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge to specific real estate issues in a wide variety of corporate, entrepreneurial, and personal situations.
