Lifestyle Communities’ (LC) Development team reinforces the company’s purpose to bring people together to connect by curating environments that promote interaction, encourage engagement, and cultivate meaningful relationships. You’ll join a team dedicated to leading a project through completion from land acquisition and site planning to entitlement, engineering, and architecture and design, while ensuring the project is financially profitable. 

 

The Development team at LC is seeking a talented team member to join us in bringing a community to life by leveraging a structured process to ensure the path from vision to reality is met. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial analysis, reporting and forecasting for LC Development, Redevelopment and Acquisition activities including site selection, underwriting, construction and mortgage financing, and other aspects of project development and construction. 

 

Make an impact through these primary responsibilities:

  • Performs advanced real estate financial modeling and analysis including JV waterfalls and returns to report and present directly to Executive Management

  • Gathers and analyzes data on real estate markets including comparable lease and sale transactions.

  • Performs due diligence processes, including analysis of pertinent real estate market, demographic, and economic data.

  • Assists in the preparation of reports provided to external investors. 

  • Researches and discusses hedging strategy with management and secondary marketing department.

  • Monitors and tracks key performance metrics against the company's strategic initiatives.

  • Analyzes financial data and trends on companies in the commercial and mortgage banking industries.

  • Analyzes and presents construction and mortgage product offerings.

 

Leverage the following experience in pursuit of our collective goals: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. 

  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of banking or industry-related experience in reporting, financial analysis, financial modeling and accounting required. 

  • Strong accounting and financial reporting skills necessary.

  • Ability to use relevant accounting software and reporting systems.
