Job Description
Ensures effective and smooth integration of assigned new accounts, for either client sites or in the National Operating Center by defining business requirements and managing service implementation. Supports process development, program improvement, various quality initiatives and consulting services.
Identifies operational and integration issues pre and post-integration, and develops solutions for success on assigned clients.
Plans, prioritizes, organizes and manages all integration activity to meet business objectives. Establishes methods and metrics to evaluate accomplishment of stated objectives.
Partners with other team members and the client to implement an integration process ensuring that people, systems, and processes are seamlessly integrated into the business structure.
Assists on assigned process redesign projects to promote effective, efficient and economic business practices.
Evaluates alternate processing strategies and the potential benefits to be derived from their implementation.
Develops and implements financial policies and procedures
Manages database migrations for existing accounts. Works with operation and support teams to facilitate data mapping, implement training plans, and develop management information reporting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of related experience and/or training in operations, finance, accounting, consulting, or project management, including experience in business integration in the commercial real estate industry.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports. Ability to analyze highly complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to analyze highly complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability. Strong working knowledge of process analysis, standardization, improvement and redesign, and lease administration process.
Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting and achieving project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to line of business and/or overall company.
