Job Description

Time Equities, Inc. is a large privately owned real estate investment and development company based in New York City.  The company is in the process of developing several ground-up, Class-A residential projects in multiple markets in the U.S.

We are hiring an Associate who will work in the Development Department on multiple large, active construction projects.  Specific duties include maintaining project budgets/financial models, reviewing/approving monthly contractor pay applications & consultant invoices, compiling monthly equity/lender requisition packages/back-up, generally assisting with lender/partner administration and communication, track change orders, etc.

The Associate will also be responsible to maintain and update forward-looking projections--construction cash flow, leases/sales, lender interest reserves, partner equity accruals and/or promotes, etc.

Desired Qualifications:  At least 5 years of relevant project experience.  Superb knowledge of excel.  Working knowledge of Sage 300 (or similar project management software), would be desired but not required.
