Commercial Property Manager

Real Estate Department (Hollywood)

The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing the day to day operations of a portfolio of commercial office and retail properties owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The individual drives and executes value add strategies to meet and exceed targeted returns for assets under management. The Commercial Project Manager provides excellent service to tenants; manages and supervises property management staff (if any), and ensures that all properties are well maintained and kept in optimal conditions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or comparable field is preferred.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working as in commercial property management is required.
• An equivalent combination of education/experience and experience will be considered.
• Prior experience working with Tribal Lands is preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi, Appfolio and other commercial Property Management software is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft software (Excel, MS Word, and Outlook).
