Job Description

Integrated Capital Management, (ICM) is a Los Angeles-based private equity investment management firm focused on helping experienced commercial real estate owners, operators, and developers to scale their platforms and AUM on a national basis by offering strategic co-investment capital.  Principal investments are primarily executed through the firm’s affiliated private equity fund, Integrated Realty Capital I LP (Fund), and are generally structured as co-GP/sponsor equity, joint venture equity, preferred or common equity. POSITION PROFILE: This critical position will interact closely with the firm’s senior executives on a daily basis, and ideal prospects will be high-energy, motivated graduates of respected universities with no fewer than two years in a real estate or related financial position.   Associate will have the opportunity to work across multiple asset classes, including but not limited to multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, self-storage, student housing, senior living and more, as well as diverse geographic markets.  Opportunities include both development and value-add improvements.   ICM will provide significant training, and there is tremendous opportunity for growth and additional responsibility as earned.  The ICM team is proud of its supportive, entrepreneurial culture and strives to create an environment of empowerment and organic growth whenever possible. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Prepare Investment Committee and Offering Memoranda
  • Underwrite asset business plans, anticipated budgets and prospective cash flows
  • Analyze property rent rolls, operating expenses and historical performance
  • Create complex financial models and sensitivity analyses
  • Conduct site visits, market research and other due diligence
  • Identify appropriate comparable leasing and sale transactions
  • Survey potential equity and debt capital partners
  • Manage the firm’s Salesforce CRM database and Juniper Square investor portal
  • Attend conferences with senior management as appropriate
  SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong quantitative and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to think critically and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with high level of intellectual curiosity and motivation
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, yet entrepreneurial environment
  • Undergraduate degree with 2-3 years of relevant commercial real estate/financial modeling experience
