Job Description
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team in Honolulu! You will play a key role in preparing and executing the project business plan including project level management, budgeting, scheduling, design, and project consultant management. Additional responsibilities include working with various project stakeholders to successfully complete project objectives, receiving input and assistance from Vice President and Development Director on a frequent basis, playing a critical role in bridging the gap across equivalent roles in Brookfield’s Analysis, Leasing, Marketing, Culture and Construction groups, and much more…we are focused on creating opportunities for our team members to grow and develop from within! Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Real Estate, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mixed-use development and/or other commercial real estate development.
- Knowledge of local real estate market and industry relationships is a plus!
- Experience in project underwriting, due diligence, market analysis, financial analysis.
- Proficient with managing budgets, schedules, and consultant teams.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Analytical and solutions-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams; proven ability to influence and contribute to organizational success across multiple levels.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
