Corporate Real Estate Program Manager

The Corporate Real Estate Program Manager is a commercial real estate generalist that will support retail business-line customers on various aspects of real estate delivery including planning, solutions development, delivery and day to day portfolio management. This role is responsible for leading a diverse project delivery team to ensure quality, speed and predictability in real estate outcomes. They will set clear expectations, assign accountabilities and drive adherence to established processes and standards. The Program Manager will promote collaborative relationships and work effectively both across the organization and with external team members to achieve retail business-line goals. This individual will demonstrate an ability to provide clear, concise and relevant communication with stakeholders and project partners. Travel is required - approximately 25%.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-At least 7 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling real estate projects.

Preferred Skills/Experience

-Masters degree
