Position at a glance:
Effectively manage multiple real estate assets from acquisition through disposition. You will develop and implement strategies to both improve operations, as well as monitor performance of EPR's Entertainment assets.

Work to develop, measure, and refine strategy based on market conditions to maximize value and performance of each asset; communicate recommendations to the Director.
- Ensure consistent awareness of conditions affecting the performance of the company’s assets.
- Assist in the creation of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals.
- Actively participate in the due diligence process for acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalization.
- Review and provide guidance on all Capital Expenditures for the portfolio.
Provide day to day support to third party property managers and accounting.
- Facilitate leasing activities, including day to day engagement with brokers.
- Visit third party managed properties regularly to ensure that they are being maintained in first class condition. Evaluate leasing and property performance.
Provide property management services, as needed, for assets not managed by a third party, including the negotiation of any necessary third-party contracts.
Manage property inspection processes and coordinate repairs as necessary within the Entertainment portfolio.
Create and distribute periodic asset management reports and analysis to senior management.
Work closely with the transactions and lease operations teams to assist with post-acquisition activities and integration of new assets into the portfolio as well as managing existing assets within the portfolio.
Manage relationships with clients to ensure that they always want to come back to EPR Properties for future financing needs.
Assist in managing high level company relationships.

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3-7 years of experience working in real estate, theatre or retail industry preferred.
- Experience in asset management, property management or leasing .
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and foster internal and external relationships with all levels of the EPR team, its business partners, employees and industry associations.
- Familiar with a variety of the real estate concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Exceptional judgment and demonstrable technical skills.
- Ability to effectively use all devices, equipment, computer systems required to fulfill the essential functions of this position.
- Analytical, Organizational, Prioritization and Communication - effective listening, speaking, and writing skills.
- Up to 30% travel
