- Degree in business, marketing, communications or similar relevant field, preferred
- Expertly tech savvy, specifically with Apple/Mac computers and phones
- Passion for administrative role that follows best practices
- Strong professional communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Service-oriented
- Pro at maintaining calendar, conference calls, travel and all administrative functions
- Take pleasure in knowing what will be needed before it is asked for
- Experience with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Manage and maintain calendars (meetings, editorial, conferences, events etc.)
- Provide assistance organization and execution of different events
- Maintain contact databases and mailing lists with updates
- Perform a variety of different administrative tasks
- Salary is dependent on the candidates experience.
