Consolidated Investment Group, LLC. a premier investment management company comprising of more than $1 billion in assets who has had an extraordinary record of success and a reputation for collaboration and partnership; a depth of knowledge and experience; and a history of finding opportunities has an immediate opportunity for a newly created position of Multi-Family Construction Manager/Superintendent in Englewood, Colorado.
We specialized in multi-family properties and we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will work with our senior manager in project planning, budgeting and execution of project meeting deadlines and objective. This position will provide management assistance and coordination leadership on a wide variety of development projects and cursory monitoring of partnership interests related to the construction oversight of vertical developments.
This position should be able to work well independently, possess strong communication skills, be a creative problem solver, project a positive and motivating attitude and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, excel and word. Experience with estimating and managing apartment renovations, residential construction and/or property management is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- 5-7 years of experience. Multi Family preferred
- Experience managing $20 Million plus in Multi Family (Garden and Podium) ground up project experience – Infinity, prescient and other modular construction method is a plus
- Experience in managing Design Build projects
- Experience is bidding, interviewing, and contracting with Architects, Engineers and other design and testing Consultants
- Ability to Estimate projects in detail and conceptual
- Understanding of building systems, design, construction and related management strategies
- Ability to review and identify a Project schedules before and during construction to identify problems or potential issues to complete on time
- Capacity to lead, motivate and manage General Contractors and Project Consultants
