Job Description
The University of Florida, Office of Real Estate is currently seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Director.
The Position reports to the Director of Real Estate and will be responsible in dynamically working with the Director in managing the real estate portfolio that provides long term benefit to the University of Florida, its colleges, departments, and affiliates.
The Office of Real Estate is responsible for acquisitions and sales of real estate for the University and affiliated entities; formulation of real estate strategies; negotiation of real estate lease transactions; marketing existing and future University of Florida real estate/land developments; managing and tracking existing assets; overseeing state land issues; and executing on the real estate aspects of economic development initiatives.
This critical position will perform a variety of the activities undertaken by the ORE and touch on multiple real estate functions and disciplines.
