Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES

May be responsible for one or more of the following:

  • Abstract/review commercial leases
  • Manage delivery of lease administration services to client accounts on a day-to-day basis ensuring work is completed and deadlines are met
  • Develop and prepare reports for clients as needed including: critical date reports, portfolio inventories, monthly rent rolls, variance reports, etc.
  • Review lease-related payments including base rent, CAM charges, real estate taxes and insurance for accuracy
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of services performed
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation and client reporting
  • Ensure Cushman & Wakefield standards are implemented, met, and maintained
  • Execute special projects as assigned by Manager
  • Demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines
  • Support and assist with department and companywide initiatives

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5+ years relevant commercial real estate experience, preferably in lease administration
  • Ability to understand, interpret and abstract complex commercial (office, lab, industrial) lease terminology.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency using lease management databases (CoStar Real Estate Manager experience a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills and problem solving ability. Attention to detail a must.
  • Capacity to establish and maintain strong working relationships with team, brokers and clients
  • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high flexibility and rapid response time
  • Ability to excel in a professional, collaborative, team-oriented work environment
