Job Description

This position will support the design, development, implementation, and support of company's Data Governance application. The candidate will partner with other teams to support implementation and rollout of a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Data Governance software product. The position will be involved with large, strategic, cross-disciplinary business initiative efforts. This position requires ability to quickly learn new technologies, sound judgement, persistence, and well-developed organization skills.

Responsibilities include:

*Support selection, configuration, enhancement and implementation of Data Governance software, custom dashboards, develop Use Cases and Business Requirements, conversion of business glossary
*Develop and enhance workflows (in COTS) for the data governance community
*Integrate systems with Data Governance platform (e.g. data quality, metadata, process management tools)
*Understand business requirements, architecture and create technical artifacts
*Coordinate with management on issue identification, escalation, and remediation
*Continuous monitoring of the Data Governance environment to identify gaps, emerging risks and mitigation strategies, as well as opportunities to streamline and optimize the control environment
*Support Single Family top initiatives regarding the optimal design of Data Governance and content
*Create clear and concise documentation
*Work independently under normal supervision
*Support the development of training documentation and manage training logistics
*Support Data Governance & Management monthly Business Process Reporting
*Assist with preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly key stakeholder meeting materials and reporting

*5+ years of Data Governance, Reporting, Analytics, and/or Metadata Management experience preferably in the Financial services industry
*2+ experience in implementing and supporting Data Governance or Metadata COTS products preferably Collibra or Informatica
*Experience in designing workflows in COTS product and enhancing vendor provided Templates
*Experience in designing and developing integration using MuleSoft
*Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Management or equivalent work experience
*Experience defining and documenting business requirements, processes and functions
*Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
*Ability to quickly learn new tools and effectively collaborate with stakeholders and influence outcomes

*Knowledge of secondary mortgage market
*Ability to develop effective relationships across the firm
*Ability to influence others and understand different perspectives
