This visible role plays a vital function in the ongoing support of new real estate development projects currently being undertaken by the Company and its affiliates throughout the southeastern US.
Job Description
- Work directly with Development Managers in assisting/supporting new construction activities in the single and multi-family, office, retail and industrial real estate sectors
- Coordinate consultant activities and intra-company services, including marketing and property management
- Underwrite new markets in support of future entry/development activities
- Provide financial analysis for new projects and updates to projects under construction
Candidate Description
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance/Real Estate preferred
- 3 years of experience working in a finance or real estate setting
- Excellent budgeting, project management and problem-solving abilities
- Technical construction knowledge is a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to travel
