Vice President of Operations & Leasing
Willner Properties is a diversified real estate development, leasing and management company headquartered in King of Prussia, Pa. We are seeking an individual with experience in office and retail leasing/management to manage the day to day operations and leasing of the mixed-use portfolio located throughout the Delaware Valley.

Duties to include:
Accounting:
- Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
- Collection procedures
- Interaction & oversight of accounting department and outside vendors
- Oversight of A/P, A/R and collections, payroll, financial reports, budgets & CAM reconciliation
- Interaction of financial reporting to mortgage companies
Leasing:
- Direct leasing of retail space
- Direct leasing of office space
- Oversight of third party leasing brokers
- Oversight of lease renewals
- Market survey to determine market lease rates
- Interaction with outside brokers
- Oversight of apartment leasing
- Oversight of marketing of apartments
Property Management:
- Regular inspection of properties; including all common areas & vacancies
- Schedule maintenance at the properties with in-house personnel & outside contractors
- Bid, award and supervise contracts for the properties
- Customer service & tenant relations
Maintenance:
- Schedule maintenance & cleaning staff
- Oversee work order system & prioritize work orders
- Oversee supply purchases & inventory of same
Construction:
- Define projects needed
- Draft specifications
- Bid contracts
- Oversee progress of project work
- Oversee all contractor activities
- Final inspection & approval of projects
Office Management:
- Employee hiring & firing
- Employee supervision
- Employee training & coaching
- Oversee all computer operations; software, hardware & service
- Oversee office & file security
- Oversee office supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision to complete projects successfully
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent analytical, time management and written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
