Investor Relations Analyst

Job Description

The Investor Relations Analyst will be involved with all aspects of investor communication and be responsible for investor, property, and portfolio reporting.  The position will support the Investor Relations team as well as serve as a liaison between the Investor Relations group and the development, leasing, asset management, and accounting groups.  Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assemble quarterly fund-level reporting
• Prepare and maintain quarterly portfolio reports
• Work with internal departments to complete monthly reporting for joint venture partnerships
• Liaise with investors on individual basis for one-off requests and updates
• Assist accounting/asset management on cash projections and capital needs
• Use ARGUS to analyze property cash flows
• Assist in preparing materials for annual investor conferences and quarterly investor calls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 1+ years real estate analytical experience required
• Proficient with all Microsoft office programs, and strong proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of MRI a plus
