Job Description
Our search is on behalf of a MULTIFAMILY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY WITH OWNER/MANAGED ASSETS.
With 5+ years of proven multifamily marketing experience, you will lead the company to create, implement and manage an industry-leading marketing and branding platform.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your primary responsibility is to generate more customer demand for our apartments through quantifiable and measurable means. As a key component of the senior management team, strategic thinking and creative implementation skills are needed traits.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong experience in marketing planning and execution with a proven track record of developing strong internal relationships, strategic vendor relationships, and successful campaign execution. This position requires excellent communication skills, writing skills, project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in detail oriented fashion.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives:
- Company-wide branding
- Create and execute integrated e-marketing strategies designed to increase brand recognition, drive traffic, and improve prospect and resident satisfaction
- Develop and execute effective strategies and marketing plans for lease ups and stabilized communities
- Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics in order to make decisions and give recommendations regarding campaign direction
- Implement outreach marketing strategies defined by marketing plans
- Experience with renovations
- Manage all on-line content including the company website
- Directs and manages external resources:
- SEO
- Social Media
- Reputation Management
- Lead Tracking systems
- ILS Management

- Ability to lead and motivate key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker, yet not afraid to be hands on in implementation
- Ability to interface effectively with Executive team and collaborate with on-site teams.
- Very strong interpersonal , communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in copy writing
- Must be able to understand the technical concepts of the system environment and be extremely computer literate

- High degree of flexibility and tolerance for change
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive multifamily Marketing experience developing and implementing property and company-wide marketing and branding campaigns
- Property management software experience is a must (example: Yardi, OneSite, MRI)
- LTS experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- MS Office Suite proficiency with strength in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of HTML, Word Press and Google Analytics
