Job Description

Infill Industrial Partners – Analyst / Associate

Location: San Francisco, CA
Website: www.infillpartners.com

Firm Overview
Infill Industrial Partners (“IIP”) is a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of infill industrial assets across prime West Coast markets. Our platform is purpose-built to operate in high-barrier, supply-constrained environments—where access is limited, demand is durable, and disciplined execution drives performance.

We target strategically located, functional assets near key transportation infrastructure and consumption hubs, with a focus on submarkets experiencing limited or diminishing new supply. Our approach leverages deep market knowledge and operational expertise to capitalize on structural imbalances and create value.

Backed by institutional capital, IIP is actively scaling its portfolio through value-add acquisitions, repositioning, and ground-up development in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, and Seattle. The firm is led by operators and investors with a proven track record, having executed over $1.3 billion in industrial transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet.

Position Summary
IIP is hiring a top-tier Analyst or Associate to join its investment team. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to sourcing, underwriting, development, and execution. The right candidate will be trusted to own workstreams, contribute to investment decisions, and operate at a pace consistent with a growing, performance-driven platform.

You will be joining a high-performing team focused on institutional execution, market specialization, and value creation. This is not a passive role. You will be expected to lead from day one, think like an investor, and operate with precision.

Key Responsibilities
 • Build detailed underwriting models for acquisition, repositioning, and development opportunities across core markets
 • Analyze tenant demand drivers, submarket dynamics, land constraints, and market fundamentals to shape investment theses
 • Prepare IC materials and participate in internal and partner-level decision-making
 • Lead diligence across legal, environmental, and structural workflows
 • Coordinate internal and external teams (consultants, legal, lenders, JV partners) to close complex transactions on tight timelines
 • Own deal documentation and reporting with full accountability for accuracy and execution
 • Apply institutional underwriting standards and investment metrics including IRR, equity multiple and sensitivity analysis
 • Support portfolio strategy, leasing initiatives, capital planning, and value creation efforts
 • Drive recurring portfolio reporting and investor communication with a focus on performance

Candidate Profile
 • 1–4 years of real estate private equity, investment banking, or institutional real estate experience
 • Expert-level Excel modeling skills and fluency in Argus Enterprise
 • Deep understanding of real estate valuation metrics and transaction execution
 • Relentless attention to detail, high personal accountability, and strong written communication
 • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
 • Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred
 • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate; ability to travel as needed across West Coast markets

What We Offer
 • Competitive base and performance-driven bonus
 • Full healthcare and benefits package
 • Direct access to senior leadership and institutional capital partners
 • Accelerated growth in a meritocratic, high-performance environment

Submit your resume and cover letter to info@infillpartners.com with the subject line: Analyst/Associate – [Your Name]. Candidates advancing in the process will be contacted directly.
