Position Summary
You will be joining a high-performing team focused on institutional execution, market specialization, and value creation. This is not a passive role. You will be expected to lead from day one, think like an investor, and operate with precision.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze tenant demand drivers, submarket dynamics, land constraints, and market fundamentals to shape investment theses
• Prepare IC materials and participate in internal and partner-level decision-making
• Lead diligence across legal, environmental, and structural workflows
• Coordinate internal and external teams (consultants, legal, lenders, JV partners) to close complex transactions on tight timelines
• Own deal documentation and reporting with full accountability for accuracy and execution
• Apply institutional underwriting standards and investment metrics including IRR, equity multiple and sensitivity analysis
• Support portfolio strategy, leasing initiatives, capital planning, and value creation efforts
• Drive recurring portfolio reporting and investor communication with a focus on performance
Candidate Profile
• Expert-level Excel modeling skills and fluency in Argus Enterprise
• Deep understanding of real estate valuation metrics and transaction execution
• Relentless attention to detail, high personal accountability, and strong written communication
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate; ability to travel as needed across West Coast markets
