Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform CAM and RE Tax reconciliations to determine annual reimbursement of recoverable expenses
- Perform quarter-end close for various properties and entities
- Complete and review annual close and assist with year-end reporting
- Prepare property P&L statements, balance sheet statements, and other lender required reports
- Prepare and record monthly and year end journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Calculate and oversee annual/periodic tenant billings (adjustment billings) for reimbursement of recoverable expenses in accordance with lease agreements or other contracts
- Prepare annual budgets
- Manage the input of lease or other contractual terms affecting the calculation and compliance with the reimbursement of recoverable expenses
- Handle tenant inquiries and disputes of billings for reimbursement of recoverable expenses
- Coordinate with Auditors for tax reporting
- All other duties as assigned
**Must be proficient in YARDI and Microsoft Excel
