Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Tracked and reported on deal pipelines, ensuring timely updates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Analyze property types such as multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties to determine appropriate loan products.
- Evaluate financial statements, rent rolls, and other property information
- Collaborate with the Borrower to gather necessary documents, including tax returns, financial reports, business plans, and purchase agreements.
- Prepare the submission of financing requests, loan applications, and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with legal and underwriting teams to finalize deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and lending guidelines.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a commercial mortgage broker or in a related financial services role.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate and loan products (e.g., term loans, bridge loans, CMBS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial statements and market data.
- Proficiency in Argus, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI.
