Asset Management Financial Analyst - Remote Opportunity

Hudson Realty Capital LLC ("HRC") is an integrated commercial real estate investment firm that provides tailored, full service real estate capital solutions since 2003.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with experienced real estate and financial professionals.

Specific tasks will include

· Review and analysis of underwriting materials including rent rolls, financial statements and market materials

· Building of cash flow models to demonstrate the financial performance of various property types including multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality and health care

· Monitoring construction progress and preparation of construction draw requests

· Review and extract documents including loan agreements, leasing agreements, leases, construction contracts and insurance policies

· Preparation of monthly reporting packages

Preferred Qualifications include:

· Advance excel skills with the ability to create and analyze sophisticated financial models to assess real estate and loan values

· Demonstrated quantitative and critical thinking skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong work ethic

· Ability to plan and organize multiple tasks under deadlines

· Education or experience in finance, real estate or business a plus
