Job Description
- Oversee and implement property business plans
- Coordinate and work closely/directly with 3rd party management & onsite staff to outperform property budgets
- Plan and coordinate successful completion of capital projects
- Analyze financials and operations of all properties identifying opportunities and areas where improvement is needed with the goal of maximizing revenue and minimizing expenses
- Complete quarterly property inspections as part of monitoring property performance, management execution and property capital needs
- Negotiate vendor contracts and expense reductions through vendor bidding
- Assist in the development and monitoring of strategies and financial activities to maximize asset values within the portfolio
- Utilize property management systems such as One Site
- Monitor leasing velocity/market conditions and adjust business plan accordingly
- Analysis and implementation of current and future property marketing sources and programs
- Support Brookline on new acquisitions, underwriting, and due diligence
- Bachelors degree in business
- Minimum 5 years experience in Multifamily
- Must have hands on multifamily asset management experience
- Must have construction management experience overseeing capital improvement projects
- Strong management skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience in MS Excel with an understanding of advanced formulas
- Experience with property management software such as One Site
