The Role
  • Financial Oversight – Track budgets, review invoices, audit expenses, and analyze financial reports.
  • Cash Flow & Expense Management – Implement strategies to control OpEx, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize payroll, R&M, and marketing spend.
  • Performance & Market Strategy – Conduct market surveys, comp analysis, and renewal strategies to enhance NOI and occupancy.
  • Lender & Insurance Management – Oversee escrows, loan payments, insurance claims, and property litigation.
  • Community & Staff Development – Collaborate with property managers, train on property tech, and support hiring/rotations.
  • CapEx & Construction Oversight – Develop improvement plans, manage budgets, and track procurement.
  • Investor Reporting – Create monthly and quarterly reports with Excel tables, charts, and well-written, thorough summaries and analysis.
