Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Multi-Family Construction Project Manager to lead the acquisition, development, and construction of next-generation multi-family affordable housing, market-rate housing, and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Perform market research to assess project feasibility and opportunities.
Lead project teams to resolve issues, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure safety protocols are followed, and all regulatory requirements are met.
Prepare financial models, project status reports, and KPIs for senior management.
Manage project risks and provide insights for optimizing outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience managing multi-family construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and team dynamics.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and knowledge of construction management software is a plus.
