Job Description: R4 Capital LLC (R4) seeks to hire an Associate for its institutional equity Fund Management Team, who are responsible for the structuring, capital raising, closing, management, and investor reporting of a nationwide affordable multifamily housing investment platform.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Ongoing management, analysis, and structuring of new and existing tax credit equity fund models
- Supporting the Fund Management Team with investor inquiries and business initiatives
- Coordinating and preparing Investor Quarterly Reports with R4’s Asset Management and Accounting Teams
- Collaborating with R4’s Originations Teams and other departments on financial modeling and investor inquiries
- Facilitating timely internal communication to keep deadlines on track
- Optimizing existing fund model functionality and aggregation of portfolio information
- Other analytical and administrative duties as needed to support the Fund Management Team
The desired candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Demonstrated experience and confidence working in Microsoft Excel
- Superior organizational skills to maintain a high level of detail
- A strong drive to meet deadlines
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
