- Conducting property tours and responding to client and investor questions and due diligence requests throughout the sales process.
- Perform financial modeling, underwriting and analysis (primarily Excel based).
- Researching and analyzing markets to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive properties.
- Assisting in the preparation of broker price opinions, proposals, offering memorandums and other transaction-related materials by writing market overviews, property summaries, and investment highlights.
- Ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems and validating client and prospect information.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks including transaction management, scanning files and inputting data.
Basic understanding or prior experience in investment real estate sales with specific knowledge of multifamily rental properties, a plus
