Assistant Property Manager for 608,167 Sq. Ft. Commercial Office Building in DC

Republic Properties Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with current experience working with GSA properties to oversee and manage a prestigious 608,167 sq. ft. commercial office building. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in large-scale property management, tenant relations, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with all GSA requirements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
·         Oversee day-to-day operations of the 608,167 sq. ft. commercial office building, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment.
·         Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns, ensuring satisfaction, including facilitating weekly meetings and follow-up, while maintaining strong professional relationships.
·         Coordinate maintenance and repairs, managing vendor relationships and contracts.
·         Ensure compliance with GSA regulations, government standards, and building codes.
·         Prepare and manage budgets, including cost control and financial reporting.
·         Oversee security, health, and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for tenants and staff.
 
Requirements:           
·         Proven experience in property management, specifically in managing large commercial office spaces (preferably GSA properties).
·         Strong understanding of GSA regulations, procedures, and compliance requirements.
·         Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
·         Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and tact.
·         Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
·         Previous experience managing multi-tenant office buildings is highly preferred.
