Asset Manager

We are a rising real estate company and looking for a self-starter Asset Manager to join our Los Angeles team. We have been selected for 2 years in a row as America’s fastest growing private companies by Inc’s magazine and Financial Times.
As an Asset Manager, you will manage our multifamily assets and achieve investments proformas YoY by overseeing 3rd party property managers, leading initiatives to increase NOI and meet proformas, and executing the assets value-add business plans.
Some KPIs for this role will be:
- Achieve proforma on all assets
- Successfully implement strategies to increase NOI beyond proforma
- Manage 3rd party PMs and make sure they are engaged and motivated and lower staff turnover
- Implement strategies to maximize cash flow
We're looking for someone who:
- Possesses a proven track record of success in asset management, with a demonstrable history of exceeding investment goals.
- Have a data-driven approach, utilizing keen analytical skills to make informed decisions.
- Possesses extensive experience managing value-add and core-plus multifamily assets, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a highly organized approach to work.
- Hits the ground running as a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience as an asset manager.
- Embraces technology and is adept at using relevant tools and software.
