Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and lead real estate development and construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, professional consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage real estate projects, including new developments, renovations, and acquisitions, from conceptual design through completion and occupancy.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial goals.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to monitor expenditures and manage cash flows.
  • Prepare and present budget forecasts, updates, and reports to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including investors, community representatives, and government agencies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, consultants, and external partners.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure projects comply with zoning regulations, building codes, and other relevant legal requirements.
  • Obtain and manage permits, approvals, and other necessary documentation.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize delays, cost overruns, or quality issues.
  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges during project execution.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in real estate project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, and equivalents).
  • Understanding of construction practices, codes, and regulatory processes.
