- Financial Modeling: Build financial models to underwrite acquisitions and developments and structure return waterfalls. .
- Due Diligence: Conduct market analysis, property inspections, and feasibility studies for acquisitions and development projects.
- Investment Memoranda: Prepare investment memoranda for leadership review and decision-making.
- Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with brokers, sellers, and stakeholders.

- Performance Monitoring: Track key portfolio metrics, including occupancy, revenue, and expenses.

- Familiarity with industry tools such as Stortrack, Radius+, Argus, CoStar, or Yardi preferred.
- Experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, or financial analysis (self-storage industry experience is advantageous.
