Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Investments Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a strong background in real estate with an emphasis on investment analysis and financial modeling. This role will be diverse, with varying responsibilities spanning acquisitions, asset management, project management, and property operations. This is a newly created position stemming from the expansive growth we have experienced in the past 12 months. This individual will support and work closely with senior members of the team daily; and should be coachable, energetic, and possess a can-do attitude. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquisition Analysis:
    • Conduct financial modeling and underwriting of potential real estate acquisitions across various asset classes. 
    • Perform market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence to assess investment opportunities. 
    • Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and decision-making.
  • Asset Management:
    • Monitor the performance of existing real estate assets, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization. 
    • Analyze financial statements, operational metrics, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions. 
    • Collaborate with property managers and third-party vendors to ensure assets operate at peak performance.
  • Capital Markets:
    • Support the execution of debt placement within the portfolio and for select partners.
    • Produce financing memorandums and assist with lender closing diligence.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain complex Excel models for financial forecasting, scenario analysis, and portfolio performance tracking. 
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on asset performance and investment outcomes.
Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
·       1-2 years of experience in real estate investments, asset management, or related roles.
·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
·       Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
·       Knowledge of real estate markets, valuation techniques, and industry trends.
·       Can-do attitude, stellar work ethic, and keen attention to detail with a willingness to go above and beyond.
