Four Peaks Multifamily Partners – Real Estate Private Equity Analyst
 
Four Peaks Multifamily Partner (“Four Peaks” or “FPM”) is a rapidly growing real estate private equity firm seeking a full-time analyst to join its team. The analyst will be focused on acquisitions and asset management, responsible for market research, financial modeling and analysis, property due diligence, ongoing monitoring of property performance, and investor reporting. 
 
Founded in 2019 and based in Los Angeles, California, Four Peaks focuses on acquiring and operating value-add multifamily real estate in high-growth U.S. markets. FPM currently owns and operates a portfolio of over 5,000 multifamily units valued at over $1.1B, and is currently investing its second fund, Four Peaks Fund 2, LP. FPM is looking for a dedicated, highly motivated analyst to join its rapidly growing and dynamic team. 
 
Essential Functions:

-          Perform financial analysis of new acquisition opportunities.
-          Collaborate with various partners including brokers, lenders, property managers, and other third parties.
-          Review and analyze financial reports, operating statements, and legal documents as part of the acquisition and asset management process.
-          Prepare capital and operating budgets, investor reports, internal investment committee memoranda, as well as other presentation materials.
-          Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages to assist in monitoring asset performance in all critical areas: revenues, expenses, leasing, occupancy, etc.
-          Conduct research on new and existing markets.
-          Travel as needed for new acquisitions and asset management.
-          Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
 
Requirements:

-          Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field of study.
-          0-2 years of prior real estate, finance, or investment experience. 
-          Advanced/expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
-          Team player with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and multi-task.
-          Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
 
Timing:
-          Candidates must be able to start within a reasonable time period.
