Job Description
- Assist Senior Property Manager in the management, maintenance, and operation of pride of ownership, market dominant Community Shopping Centers, each in excess of 200,000 square feet, located in Orange County, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Phoenix, Arizona.
- Manage project vendor/contractor relationships, including preparation of service contracts, and all repair/maintenance functions at each of the properties.
- Establish and maintain personal contact with the tenants at each property, including prompt response to tenant inquiries and common area /suite issues arising on a day-to-day basis.
- Organize and inventory invoices and assist with the collection of all charges owing under leases or other property documents, including CAMs, taxes, and charges, as well as thorough collection of delinquencies.
- Liaison with public utilities who provide services to properties under management.
- Collection of tenant gross sales information.
- Other miscellaneous duties associated with the daily operation of properties.
- Miscellaneous incidental office manager responsibilities (place office supply orders, human resource items, etc.).
- Discharge daily administrative operations and organizational responsibilities.
- Answer / screen telephone calls in a professional manner. Take clear/concise messages. Field/ answer all routine/ non-routine questions.
- Ad hoc projects administration as required.
- Position reports to Managing Director of Lucescu Realty Asset Services, Inc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred.
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in preparing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines; all in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding computer skills, including but not limited to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, as well as other MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, balance multiple projects, work and foster a team setting, and meet deadlines.
