Position Summary: The Property Manager is an integral part of the organization and provides oversight of daily operations, customer service, and financial performance for a portfolio currently consisting of 3.3 million square feet, 35 tenants, and approximately 19 industrial assets in the Southeast market. This position is based in our Atlanta, GA office with 20-25% travel anticipated.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a regional property portfolio. Conduct property inspections, negotiate vendor services, motivate, and train employees, resolve tenant issues, and collaborate with Construction Management. Working with Leasing, Fiscal Operations, Accounting and Asset Management, manages the portfolio’s budget performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years’ work experience in property management.
- Strong customer service skills and decision-making abilities.
- Communicate effectively across the organization to support operational performance objectives.
- Communicate financial and operational data in a clear, concise, and informative manner. Flexible and collaborative with ability to adjust style, as necessary.
- Strong work ethic.
- Effectively prioritize work, resolve issues, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Yardi and Argus Enterprise preferred.
- Ability to work with large quantities of data.
- Proficient in MS Office.
