Finmarc Management, Inc. – Leasing Associate
Finmarc Management, Inc. “Finmarc” is a fully integrated commercial real estate company that focuses on the real estate investment, management, leasing and development of retail, industrial/flex projects, and office buildings throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Primary Responsibilities:
Finmarc is an entrepreneurial operation, and the ideal candidate will be asked to complete a varying range of assignments, which will include but are not limited to:
· Assist in managing lease assignments, renewals, and other lease related documents.
· Collaborate with senior director of leasing to negotiate lease terms and conditions.
· Work with outside counsel on the drafting and review of lease documents, amendments, and other related paperwork.
· Monitor and track upcoming lease expirations and key dates portfolio wide.
· Coordinate with brokers, property management and construction to facilitate seamless lease transactions.
· Communicate effectively with tenants, and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
· Ensure timely completion of key leasing deliverables and correspondence in accordance with deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
· Bachelors Degree
· Organized, self-motivated, strong communication and analytic skills.
· Strong follow-through skills, detail oriented and ability to work independently.
· Manage changing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment.
· Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office.
