Job Description
- Oversee and act as the main point of contact for local property management teams and operating partners
- Investigate and communicate property-level issues to internal team
- Participate in the preparation and execution of property business plans
- Work with local brokers and legal advisers to oversee leasing process
- Plan, track, and execute on construction projects
- Coordinate and manage the annual portfolio budgeting process
- Ensure all information requests from lenders and other partners are provided in a timely and accurate manner
- Monthly review of property financial reports
- Conduct on-site property inspections
- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in real estate asset management
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated passion for real estate operations and high attention to detail
- Experience with multiple asset classes including office, industrial, retail, and multifamily
- Tenacious, thoughtful, and well-organized
- Ability to communicate clearly in person and through written memos
- Team player who will contribute positively to a firmwide culture of success, intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, and fun
- Must be able to travel out of state and overnight to meet with local property management teams and perform site inspections
