As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the deal pipeline, working closely with senior team members, clients, and capital providers. This role demands a deep understanding of the capital markets, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage all components of the transaction process, from underwriting to closing. The Senior Analyst position offers the opportunity to refine your skills in a dynamic, client-facing environment and build expertise across various asset classes and transaction types.

Job Responsibilities: 
 
  • Lead underwriting for diverse advisory services across all property types, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and hospitality.
  • Manage all stages of the deal process, including initial underwriting, placement, due diligence, and closing.
  • Work directly with clients to gather transaction-related information and maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare and review property-driven pro forma analyses based on current and projected market conditions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility analysis for transactions.
  • Develop and present financial models and analysis to internal teams, clients, and capital providers.
  • Oversee the preparation of pitches, offering memorandums, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and third parties to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in real estate finance or investment banking, with a focus on capital markets or advisory.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple components of the deal process, including underwriting, placement, due diligence, and closing.
  • Proficient in real estate financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of the capital markets and various financing structures.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to excel in client-facing roles.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and meet demanding deadlines.
