Position: Real Estate Investment Associate

The Real Estate Investment Associate is a broad professional role supporting Bristol’s acquisition, development and asset management efforts. Additionally, the position will include exposure to economic and market research, investor reporting, and project management tasks. The Real Estate Investment Associate will have a wide range of responsibilities and duties including underwriting acquisition and development deals, market research, lease negotiations, construction management, project management, macro-economic research, and investor relations.
Ideal Characteristics:
- Minimum 2 years analytical experience in the field of commercial real estate investment
- Exposure to asset management / project management responsibilities
- Graduate degree considered, but not required
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter; eager to learn and with a strong desire for excellence
- Demonstrated commitment to a career in commercial real estate investment
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel required; exposure to ARGUS and PowerPoint preferred.
Note: The Real Estate Investment Associate position at Bristol Group currently requires a minimum of three days per week of full-time office attendance at its San Francisco headquarters office. The position requires periodic business travel as well.
