We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to join our team at a Student Housing Community in Los Angeles, California. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring efficient leasing processes, maintaining resident satisfaction, and managing maintenance and financial tasks. The ideal candidate has previous property management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Student Housing Community, ensuring efficient leasing processes, resident satisfaction, and property maintenance.
- Responsible for marketing efforts including outreach marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
- Review and approve rental applications, conduct lease signings, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Perform regular property walks to identify maintenance or repair issues and develop plans for resolution.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Process invoices for payment and maintain accurate financial records, including rent payments and expense reports.
- Complete monthly financial reports, including the Annual Marketing Expense (AME) report.
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Enforce property rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management, including fair housing requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certifications in property management preferred.
- Previous experience in property management, preferably in student housing or multifamily residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of leasing processes, fair housing regulations, and property maintenance best practices.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing property management.
