Job Description
- Prepare DDQs and related due diligence requests.
- Create, edit, and maintain investor presentations and other marketing materials by making timely updates.
- Assist in developing and updating private placement memorandums and related materials.
- Assist and manage quarterly investor reporting.
- Support the Investor Relations and Capital Raising teams.
- Work collaboratively with the investment team, accounting, finance, and compliance to respond to investor inquiries and to develop other materials.
- Facilitate completion of ad hoc investor requests.
- Coordinate materials for upcoming investor meetings.
- Maintain, update and post files to the investor data portal.
- Proactively assist the team with ongoing projects.
- Additional duties, as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in fixed income, real estate, or investment management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work onsite full-time in the New York office.
- Qualifications may warrant placement in different job title.
- Ability to manage multiple, parallel responsibilities.
- Ability to work with tight delivery deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Superior organizational skills and high level of attention to detail, accuracy, aptitude, poise, and maturity.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and possess a strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.
