Job Summary:
The Senior Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for providing support to the Investor Relations team on a variety of tasks that include marketing materials market research, analysis and project support.  This role is responsible for creating and managing marketing materials and collateral across all strategies.  The role will ensure brand integrity across distribution channels and assist with investor relations initiatives that maintain the firm’s reputation and increase brand awareness. This role requires a highly driven team-player with a positive and proactive attitude, excellent organization, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
 
Job Responsibilities:
·         Create, prepare and update all content for marketing collateral, including investor presentations, investor notices, etc., for all strategies
·         Manage corporate website, investor portal and social media ensuring consistency and accuracy
·         Manage responses to RFI, RFPs, DDQs, and other investor inquiries
·         Manage CRM and Investor Portal, including client onboarding and account management 
·         Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster and implement and effective communication strategies in compliance with industry requirements
·         Conduct market and competitor analysis to support decision making and investor communications 
·         Stay up to date on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends, incorporating relevant knowledge into marketing strategies
·         Assist in event coordination including event planning and management, initial outreach, follow-up, coordinating schedules
·         Other duties and projects as assigned 
 
Qualifications & Competencies: 
·         Bachelor’s degree required
·         4-6 years of relevant experience at an investment management, asset management, wealth management, investment consulting or financial services firm 
·         Commercial real estate background required
·         Excellent computer skills: Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint)
·         Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
·         Project management skills that include the ability to manage concurrent projects 
·         Juniper Square experience a plus 
·         Holds current FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and/or willing to obtain within 120 days of employment 
·         Must be adaptable, committed, and team-oriented, with flexibility to work longer hours at times 
·         Well-organized and detailed oriented individual with the highest degree of integrity, motivation and intellectual curiosity
·         Skilled in working across heavily matrixed organizations which requires significant influencing and collaboration skills 
·         Ability to work in Irvine, CA office 5 days a week

Compensation:
The annual U.S. based wage range for this full-time position is $105,000-$130,000. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location and experience take into account internal equity.  Other forms of pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of health & wellness benefits.
