Job Description
- Assist in the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and execution of hotel and hospitality related investments.
- Implement business and capital plans for hotels, optimizing the portfolio’s performance and maximizing value.
- Support monthly and quarterly performance reporting. Active involvement in annual budgeting process.
- Analyze market trends and data to develop investment theses and identify opportunities.
- Execute on investment realizations through marketing process, due diligence, and closing.
- BA/BS degree required, ideally in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Real Estate.
- 2-4 years of experience in hotel ownership/advisory, real estate acquisitions, or real estate investment banking. Hotel experience preferred.
- Superior analytical skills and high level of proficiency in all aspects of financial modeling.
- Demonstrated experience in fast paced and analytical environments.
- A team player who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has a positive attitude and flexibility to change priorities to meet new deadlines or situations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives working both independently and as a team.
- Comfortable navigating and analyzing financial projections and quantitative data.
- Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining effective professional working relationships.
- The role will be based at Riller Capital’s headquarters, located in Los Angeles, CA. The opportunity will be fully in-person.
