Hawaiian Properties is seeking a President to lead the organization to develop and drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and maintain the strong reputation within the industry and community. Collaborating closely with the Corporate Board of Directors, the President will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational priorities of the company. Responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, driving business development initiatives, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the company’s continued commitment to service excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the real estate property management industry, data-driven decision-making ability, and a passion for driving organizational success in alignment with Hawaiian Properties’ mission and values. Property management is a people business, and the ability to attract, retain, and develop talent at all levels of the organization will be essential to success.

Target Annual Base Salary: $250,000 – $280,000 + annual incentive
