The ideal candidate will play a critical role in underwriting new acquisitions and conducting thorough assessments of our current real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
  • Underwriting and Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis and underwriting for potential real estate acquisitions, including cash flow projections, valuation models, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Portfolio Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of the firm's current portfolio, evaluating performance, identifying risks, and recommending strategies for optimization.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, economic data, and real estate sector performance to inform investment decisions and strategy.
  • Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts for acquisitions, ensuring thorough review of financials, market conditions, and legal considerations.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present detailed investment memoranda, financial reports, and performance updates to senior management and investment committees.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with acquisition, asset management, and finance teams to support overall investment strategy and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the private equity real estate sector.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and real estate underwriting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
