Job Description

Boundary Companies, an investment firm focused on real estate acquisition and development, is seeking a full-time, in-person Associate in their Bethesda, MD office to support the Company’s team across the full spectrum of their responsibilities, which include asset and property management, investments, capital raising, investor relations, and general administration. 

Boundary Companies, founded in 2014, is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Bethesda, Maryland. Boundary focuses on real estate acquisition and development across a wide variety of asset classes with a goal of meeting the highest needs of its stakeholders. Boundary’s portfolio totals over five million square feet and spans a range of core, value-add, and opportunistic investment profiles.

Position Responsibilities

The Associate will work closely and collaboratively with the Boundary team in support of all aspects of their work, to include:

• Asset management and property management support for assets owned and managed by Boundary.
• Financial analysis, due diligence, and closing execution of new investment opportunities.
• Analysis of monthly/yearly operating performance of existing investments.
• Investor reporting and investor relations.
• Administrative responsibilities such as insurance, invoice management, entity tracking.
• Representation of Company at local networking events.

• Relevant Microsoft Excel experience.

Compensation

Compensation to include a base salary and annual performance-based cash bonus.
