Job Description

Formed in 1992, Fifteen Group is a multidisciplinary, highly opportunistic real estate investment company known for its entrepreneurship and outstanding investment track record. We are seeking a highly talented individual to be based in our Miami headquarters to provide a broad range of analytic, organizational, and management support on multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.

This position will work closely with the Managing Director, Investments and will play a significant role in executing business plans and overseeing Fifteen Group’s real estate portfolio. Primary responsibilities include detailed asset management on existing owned properties, risk management support, market research, due diligence on potential investment opportunities, and assisting in the preparation of internal and external presentations and reports. Candidates should have:

  • Completed a bachelor’s degree (preferably with a concentration in real estate, finance, business, or similar degree).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of full-time work experience (preferably in real estate, finance, banking, or investments).
  • Outstanding work ethic and willingness to take initiative and learn.
  • Strong analytic skills and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to create, modify, and analyze financial spreadsheets (PowerPoint and Word also required).
  • Outstanding organizational skills coupled with an ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks independently.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to comfortably interact with both in-house associates and outside contacts.
  • Ability to conduct detailed data collection and to analyze large datasets.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to portfolio assets.
  • A passion for real estate and a desire to develop a career within the organization.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and updating financial analyses for existing owned assets
  • Creating, managing, and updating of asset management reports, project budgets, schedules, cash flow templates, and cash flow projections.
  • Assisting in day-to-day oversight of third party property managers.
  • Supporting the company’s risk management function, including insurance and legal matters.
  • Completing ad-hoc administrative tasks related to asset management initiatives.
  • Preparing market research to facilitate business decisions.
  • Creating and managing presentation packages for internal/external reporting.
  • Coordinating the administrative aspects of various real estate, financial, and legal transactions.
  • Participation in regular reporting to deal partners and firm principals.
