Position Summary:

As the Senior Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management of our diverse portfolio of NNN properties.  This senior-level position requires an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate operations, lease administration, financial analysis, and risk management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Oversight: Lead the day-to-day management of all properties within the portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and optimal financial performance.
  • Lease Administration: Manage all aspects of lease administration, including rent collection, CAM reconciliations, lease renewals, and dispute resolution.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of property performance, including budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the portfolio, including tenant credit risk, property condition risk, and market risk.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party property managers, brokers, contractors, and other service providers.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance for senior management and investors.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of asset management strategies to maximize portfolio value.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Preferably between 3 to 8 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, with a focus on NNN properties.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting and real estate software.
  • Certifications: CCIM or CPM designation preferred.
